We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to join our team in Vilnius. This role is suitable for a professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in business-oriented legal work.
Get ready to:
- Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents, including various types of commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, documentation of various types of transactions, and internal corporate documents;
- Draft, review, and revise documentation related to company incorporations, corporate restructurings, governance matters, cross-border transactions and M&A deals;
- Draft, review, and revise tailor-made legal documentation aligned with clients’ business, investment, and long-term wealth objectives;
- Participate in conducting legal due diligence for investment and transactional projects by reviewing corporate, contractual, and regulatory documentation, identifying legal risks and red flags, and delivering clear, business-oriented DD findings to support informed decision-making;
- Ensure legal documents are clear, enforceable, and commercially sound;
- Support and coordinate investment-related legal processes, including documentation, approvals, and execution;
- Cooperate closely with finance, accounting, and tax teams, applying basic accounting knowledge in legal matters;
- Communicate directly with foreign clients and partners in English;
- Identify legal and compliance risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions;
- Take ownership of assigned matters and contribute to the development of internal legal processes;
- Lead and oversee KYC and internal compliance processes, including client onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in law;
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in legal advisory, in-house, family office, consulting, or similar environment;
- Practical experience in corporate law, contracts, and investment processes;
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles;
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
- Strong sense of ownership, leadership mindset, and ability to work independently;
- Structured, business-oriented approach and strong communication skills;
- Practical experience in KYC and internal compliance would be an advantage.
