Currently, we are looking for a Junior Legal Advisor to join our Legal Department in Vilnius on a full-time basis. This position is ideal for recent law graduates or final-year law students who are about to graduate and want to start their legal career in a professional, international, and fast-growing advisory environment.
You will support the legal team in day-to-day legal processes and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of business-related legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity to grow, learn, and build a solid foundation for a career in legal advisory.
Get ready to:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of corporate and transactional legal documentation;
- Assist in preparing and reviewing KYC questionnaires and related documentation;
- Support compliance processes, including AML/KYC procedures and internal policy implementation
- Communicate with foreign clients and partners, both in writing and verbally;
- Assist with bank account opening processes, including preparing and collecting required documentation, coordinating with banks, and supporting KYC, UBO, and source-of-funds requests
- Liaise with banks and other financial institutions, including responding to inquiries related to source of funds and compliance matters;
- Assist in organizing and coordinating bank transfers and payment-related documentation;
- Draft, review, and amend various agreements, including loan agreements, set-off agreements, and assignment of claims agreements;
- Prepare and maintain employment law documentation, internal policies, procedures, and related HR/legal documents;
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, accounting, and tax, to ensure legal issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner;
- Assist with maintaining corporate records, statutory registers, and internal legal databases’;
- Support the implementation and maintenance of internal legal processes and compliance standards;
- Perform other legal support tasks based on the team’s day-to-day needs;
- Assist in coordinating with external advisors, notaries, and service providers;
- Help track deadlines, filings, and document execution.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in law (completed or completed this year. Final year Master’s students are welcome);
- Strong interest in investment, corporate, and business law;
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken) – daily working language;
- Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, fast-paced environment.
