We are looking for a part-time Tax Assistant, for our friendly, multifamily department.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting tax consultations and related documents;
- Communicating with clients regarding tax-related questions;
- Reviewing laws and regulations to ensure compliance;
- Conducting legal research, including case law analysis;
- Organizing internal documents and systemizing client information, as well as organising document archive;
- Collaborating with outsourced tax and legal partners / advisors;
- Organising document provision between us, our clients and third parties;
- Analysing documents and drafting reports for due diligence processes;
- Preparing tax calculations (mainly Personal Income Tax, Real Estate Tax, and Land Tax) and filing returns, along with other tax administration documents;
- Responding to institutional inquiries and other ad hoc tasks.
- Be responsible for the clients’ corporate matters – preparing board and shareholders
minutes, decisions, resolutions, and all other documents; - Ensure compliance with the legal regulations for our multifamily office clients;
- Maintain vigilant oversight over client groups and their assets;
- Establish connections with international banks and initiate opening offshore bank accounts;
- Conduct extensive research and perform in-depth case and situational analyses.
What we’re looking for:
- Currently studying Law, Economics, Finance or Accounting (senior year student);
- Relevant work experience in the legal field (internships or junior roles);
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken);
- A proactive, flexible mindset and strong teamwork abilities;
- High attention to detail and accuracy in your work;
- Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
