The salary depending on your experience
We are looking for a legal assistant for our friendly, multifamily department to work with new wealthy individuals and technology companies.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with private investors and funds, and assist to collect and fill information;
- Perform work within the investment process, including investor due diligence, and KYC;
- Create comprehensive cap tables encompassing equities, ESOP, convertible bonds, and
more; - Craft detailed investment tables and charts for our valued clients;
- Address KYC (Know Your Customer) concerns efficiently;
- Collaborate closely with accounting and finance departments for seamless coordination;
- Prepare various documents, including loan agreements, credit line agreements, and loan
applications; - Prepare various claims, simple litigation documents, assist with debt collection for our
clients; - Be responsible for EPP, Legal Entity Register, Infolex and other systems;
- Be responsible for the clients’ corporate matters – preparing board and shareholders
minutes, decisions, resolutions, and all other documents; - Ensure compliance with the legal regulations for our multifamily office clients;
- Maintain vigilant oversight over client groups and their assets;
- Establish connections with international banks and initiate opening offshore bank accounts;
- Conduct extensive research and perform in-depth case and situational analyses.
What we’re looking for:
- A final-year OR a graduate from a law degree;
- A demonstrated expertise in legal research and analysis;
- An excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages, written and verbal;
- Strong attention to details and excellent communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

The salary will range: 1,000 – 1,200 EUR netto, depending on your experience.
