The salary depending on your experience
We are looking for a legal advisor focusing on real estate law. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate law, be meticulous, and have a good understanding of domain-specific legal principles.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting design, construction, lease, sale and purchase and other agreements;
- Advising clients on real estate and construction issues;
- Representation of clients’ interests in negotiations, as well as before state and municipal authorities.
- Drafting various commercial contracts and claims;
- Collaborating with other internal teams, including finance, accounting and tax, to ensure that legal issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, outside counsel, and regulatory authorities.
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Law;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in dealing with real estate and construction law issues;
- Excellent Lithuanian and English writing and speaking skills;
- Great drafting and analytical skills;
- Proactive attitude, motivation, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail;
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and levels of the organization.
