We are looking for an organised, responsible and diligent assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for those who are interested in law, administrative work and want to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
Get ready to work with:
- Coordination of the process of amending the statutes, liaising with notaries and institutions, drafting and coordinating minor legal documents with senior lawyers and notaries.
- Preparation and coordination of shareholders’ minutes and resolutions, board minutes and resolutions, manager’s resolutions, powers of attorney, letters, director’s orders, charts and other documents.
- Drafting of internal labour law documents – employment contracts, terminations, orders, procedures, rules.
- Researching case law, organising it for colleagues, writing articles on relevant topics, checking and comparing information.
- Assisting in the preparation of slides on various topics.
- Preparation and ongoing revision of client group charts, maintenance.
- Working with Excel (creating and adjusting tables), maintaining the investment table.
- Filing, organising and filing KYC documents.
- Visits to the Registry Centre and other institutions on behalf of clients.
- Organisation of apostilles and registration of documents for visits.
- Organisation and execution of mail and courier services.
- Organising and forwarding documents to clients, notaries and other institutions, organising signatures and archiving documents in accordance with internal rules.
What we’re looking for:
- Responsibility, diligence and the ability to manage daily tasks independently.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word, PPT, Teams).
- Experience in legal or administrative work is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to work as part of a team, in close cooperation with colleagues.
- Good written and oral English language skills (C level).
